Where can I collect my camper?

You can book the van and choose where to collect your camper either at the headquarters in  Morbegno, you can also ask for delivery in the area Lecco and in the Milano airports of Linate or Malpensa and  Bergamo Orio al Serio.


Are campers insured?

All vehicles are covered by RCA insurance, green card (RCA  extension abroad), comprehensive insurance, theft and fire included in the rental rate, at no additional cost. Insurance coverage is subject to a deductible.


Does the camper rental include a 24/7 roadside assistance service?

Our roadside assistance service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is provided at no additional cost in your rental package. If you should have a breakdown or an emergency, do not hesitate to contact our customer service, who will always be ready to support you during your trip.


What type of license is needed to drive a camper?

It is sufficient to have a category B driving license.


From what age can I rent one of your camper vans?

You can rent from 21 years of age, but you must have had a driving license for more than 3 years.


Are fines for traffic violations covered by insurance?

Fines for traffic violations are not covered by insurance and are the responsibility of the person who rented the camper.


What is the deductible?

The deductible is the minimum amount of any damage that remains the responsibility of the insured.


What is the difference between a deposit and a deductible?

The difference between a deposit and a deductible is as follows:

The insurance deductible is the maximum amount that the traveler is responsible for paying in the event of an accident, provided the damage falls within the coverage of the insurance policy. If the total damage exceeds the deductible amount, the insurance will cover the difference between the total damage and the deductible paid by the traveler.

On the other hand, the deposit serves as a form of protection for the renter against the traveler. It covers potential penalties outlined in the rental agreement (such as delays, excess mileage, or fuel issues) and any internal damage not covered by insurance. Additionally, it addresses external damage for which the traveler is liable, up to the amount of the deductible for each accident. Essentially, the deposit can be used to cover the deductible amount.


Is it possible to return the camper to a different location than where it was picked up?

How does the camper pick-up and return process work?

Upon collection, we will give you an introduction to the camper and help you check for any pre-existing damage. To return, we ask you to return the camper with a full fuel tank, drained waste water tank and empty toilet cassette and the camper as clean as when it was delivered.

We request that you return the camper clean. If you would like our team to handle the final cleaning and the emptying of the gray water tanks and toilet cassette, this must be requested in advance. If the camper is returned in unsatisfactory condition, additional cleaning costs will apply.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

No, smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle.


Is it allowed to lie down on the beds while the vehicle is in motion?

No, passengers must remain seated with seat belts fastened at all times.


What documents are required for rental?

The required documents include: identification card, driver's license, tax code, and IBAN belonging to the same person as the rental contract. Additionally, a list of all travelers with their details and the planned destination is needed.

In case of theft inside the vehicle, does the insurance cover a partial or full refund of the stolen items?

No, the insurance does not cover reimbursement as it is the responsibility of the renter to ensure the vehicle is locked and parked in secure areas or to avoid risky situations and unsafe areas.

What do you provide with the kitchen?

All vans are equipped with a kitchen, a two-burner gas stove fueled by a gas cylinder, sink, compressor refrigerator with ice compartment, a set of dishes and cutlery for 4 people, a set of stackable pots to reduce clutter, breakfast cups, cutting board, and other materials.

What is included in the bathroom area equipment of the van?

In the rental, we provide liquid soap, cleaning detergents, and toilet paper for the bathroom area.

The van is equipped with a diesel system for both hot water and heating of the living cell.

Upon request, we can provide a complete set of towels and microfiber towels for each traveler.

What is included in the van cleaning kit?

Our cleaning kit provides everything you need to keep the van tidy during your journey: surface cleaners, sponges, microfiber cloths, trash bags, and a vacuum cleaner.


Can I park anywhere or do I have to go to a campground?

You are allowed to park in designated parking areas without the use of chocks or stabilizing jacks, but camping activities (such as opening windows and awnings, lowering stabilizing jacks, setting up tables and chairs outside) are only allowed in campgrounds or designated areas.


What is included in the sleeping area setup of the van?

Upon request, we provide everything you need for a comfortable sleep: pillows, sheets, and duvets. Each item is designed to ensure you have a restful sleep, making you feel at home even during your traveling adventures. Otherwise, we will provide you with a detailed list of recommended items to bring along, so you can better prepare for your on-the-road experience. Is it possible to request additional accessories, such as child seats or bicycles?

Yes, we offer a range of additional accessories, such as child seats, bicycles, and camping equipment, available upon request at the time of booking.


Is there a Telepass option for toll payments during the camper rental?

Yes, we offer the option to use Telepass for toll payments during the camper rental. This will allow you to travel more conveniently and quickly, avoiding queues at toll booths. We will provide you with all the necessary information on how to activate and use the Telepass service during your trip.


Are bicycles included in the rental or are they only available with an internal bike rack in the van?

In the rental, you can choose whether to include bicycles on board or if you prefer a van with an internal bike rack. If you decide to bring your own bicycles, the van will be equipped with a convenient bike rack for safe and comfortable transportation. Upon request, we can also provide rental bikes for the entire duration of the trip, allowing you to fully enjoy each leg by bike.


Is it possible to have Wi-Fi connection during my trip in Italy?

Yes, it is possible to have Wi-Fi connection during your trip in Italy. You can request a Wi-Fi hotspot module that will ensure you a stable and fast connection in many areas of the country. How much autonomy does a camper have without water and electricity refueling?

The camper's autonomy is difficult to quantify as it depends on the crew's usage. The electrical supply, with regular use, is sufficient for a few days when the vehicle is stationary. During travel, the battery recharges, and a 100 km journey allows for a full recharge. All our vans are equipped with a solar panel and dual service batteries.

Regarding water refueling, there are 110 liters of water available, and the duration of the supply depends on the number of crew members and their usage.

What does the camper service package offer?

All vans come equipped with everything you need for a practical and quick camper service: water refilling hose, universal adapters, toilet paper, and Toilette cassette treatment kit. What happens if I return the camper dirty or without emptying the tanks? The cost of cleaning the camper will be charged.


What if I return the camper late?

It is mandatory to return the vehicle on the date established by the contract. If you decide to extend your vacation, you must request confirmation 2 days before the deadline via WhatsApp Chat and obtain authorization and contract extension digitally. In case of lack of authorization, it is mandatory to return the vehicle on the agreed-upon time.


Is it possible to return the camper outside the rental center's opening hours or on holidays?

In case of special needs for return times, check with the individual rental center. This service incurs an additional cost.


Can I request a final cleaning from you at the end of the rental period?

Yes, you can request a final cleaning and emptying of gray water and Toilette cassette by us at the end of the rental period. This service is available upon request and should be requested at the time of booking.

What does the digital resources package for your trip include?

With the rental, we provide access to our digital travel guides that will assist you in planning each leg of your journey. You will find detailed information on rest areas, local attractions, and tips for exploring your destination to the fullest. The digital resources are easily accessible and continuously updated to ensure you have a seamless experience filled with valuable insights.

Is trip cancellation insurance available?

You can opt for the "BookPeace" policy, which allows you to cancel your trip for any reason up to the day of departure, for a cost of 9 euros per day. By booking with peace of mind, in case of last-minute cancellation for any reason, you will be refunded 70% of the booking value to your bank account. Unlevel covers the remaining 6 euros of the fee to allow you to book in advance and ensure you find the van you want when you want it, all in total serenity.


What to do in case of an accident during the trip?

If the damage does not affect the vehicle's proper functioning and the passengers' safety, the trip can continue. Just notify us through our WhatsApp chat, update us on the situation, and take photos or videos to help us handle the incident. If the damage is significant, contact the insurance hotline number provided in the contract and then inform us via WhatsApp chat by sending photos or a video.


How can I pay for my rental?

You can pay through a bank transfer directly to our account or using Satispay, Paypal, or Stripe.

30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. The balance must be settled 30 days before departure by paying the deductible. Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
